What Is Iron Condor Option Trading Strategy?

Iron condor is the name of an advanced, neutral-outlook, options trading strategy that involves buying and holding four different options with different strike prices. Iron Condors are a low-risk, medium-reward strategy designed to profit from the time-decay of option premiums when a stock "sits" within a certain trading range. Iron Condor Spreads achieve their maximum profit potential at expiration if the price of the underlying asset is equal to the middle strike price.
